Terms of use.

These terms apply when you or your company use KT Console. By creating an account you agree to them on your company's behalf. Last updated 3 November 2026.

The service

KT Console captures recent work from the tools your company connects (Google Workspace, Slack, Basecamp) and uses AI to write a handover document, list the people someone worked with, and list their open work as tasks. The service is new and still changing; features may be added, changed or removed.

Who can use it

  • A company account is created by a Google Workspace super admin of that company, who becomes its Owner. Owners can invite Admins from the same company.
  • You must have the authority to connect your company's tools and to have the work of its employees captured for handovers.
  • You are responsible for telling employees how their work data is used, in line with your company's policies and the law that applies to you.

Your data

  • Your company keeps ownership of everything captured and every handover written from it.
  • We use it only to provide the service to your company, as described in our Privacy page.
  • AI-written handovers can contain mistakes. Review a handover before relying on it; inferences are labelled as such.

Acceptable use

  • Use KT Console only for your own company's handovers and work.
  • Do not try to access other companies' data, get around access controls, overload the service or reverse-engineer it.
  • Do not use it to monitor people in ways your law or policies do not allow.

Availability and liability

We work to keep KT Console available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Ending use

You can stop using KT Console at any time and ask us to delete your company's data by emailing hello@ktcapture.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
